YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE BECAUSE YOU CAN: Experience or coursework must include: Interaction design, motion design, and graphic design and create related deliverables Prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mockups Design software experience with Sketch, inVision and Figma Agile software methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Jira and/or other software tracking systems for the development life cycle of the software User research and usability testing User persona creation and analysis Information architecture Visual communication and experience in using and creating design systems Application development including javascript, CSS and HTML Visual communication and typography skills and Stakeholder management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field of study and one (1) year of related experience required. Understand how their role fits within the UX organization. Present designs in a clear, confident, professional, and cogent manner. Present and communicate their design work to both UX members and outside audiences. Use departmental-standard creative tools to express design concepts in high fidelity. Proactively identify and solve problems, improve personal skills, and assist team members. Schedule and prioritize work with guidance from managers. Receive, weigh, and integrate constructive feedback from other UX members and managers. Work closely and effectively with other designers, managers, product management, and engineering. Iterate rapidly and create multiple solutions. Provide attention to detail – terminology, appearance, OS standards, behaviors, and workflows. Create deliverables with guidance from others. Work to deepen product and domain expertise. Understand product market, competitors, opportunities, and challenges. Understand how design fits into the engineering development process. Advocate the role of design in the development process. Collaborating closely with user researchers and contributes to research strategy. Inevitable challenges will arise, and we’ll rely on you to look for a solution. You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements. You could be checking in with a team in India one minute, meeting with leadership to review initiatives for the coming quarter later and tomorrow handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers in other departments. You are eager to learn, keep up with ever-changing technologies, and maintain the ability to create the best tools for our clients. You will actively collaborate with other associates to share ideas or show what you’ve learned. When you and your team deliver a finished product, it’s as polished as you could make it.
